Price covers a standard setup (up to 90 minutes). Data transfers, complex email migrations, or specialist software can be quoted separately if needed.

• Resolving connection issues

• Optimising basic settings for speed and stability

Price applies to single-router home setups. Mesh systems, extenders, or more complex networks can be discussed and priced clearly before work begins.

(Desk, chair, monitor setup)

  (Monitor arm mounting, cable tidying, full equipment connection)

Ideal for work-from-home setups that need to be done properly and neatly.

• Account creation or security checks

• Streaming apps setup

• £40 – Recommendation only

• £80 – Recommendation + setup

• Short questionnaire to understand your needs

• Clear shortlist with links and value advice

• Optional ordering, setup, and configuration

Testing & assessment service:

• Test up to 5 items (consoles, cartridges or controllers)

• Clear notes on what works and any issues found

• Ideal for collectors or anyone selling older tech

• £2 per additional item

Servicing & repair (quoted after assessment):

• Console cleaning & servicing

• Cartridge cleaning & non-boot fixes

• Save battery replacement (e.g. Game Boy / Pokémon)

• Laser, power and controller repairs

• Parts and labour confirmed before work begins

Assessment and testing is charged. If you proceed with a repair, this fee may be deducted from the final invoice. We specialise in classic systems; modern consoles are not supported.

• £40 call-out (includes first hour on site)

• £20 per additional 30 minutes
